Mr. Minsk came highly recommended to us. We are in Virginia and had no contacts in Georgia. We engaged Mr. Minsk to represent us, the buyers, in a complicated transaction that did not need to be complicated. Mr. Minsk (Harry) is knowledgeable, professional, and responded quickly. Our experience was excellent.

Horrible, horrible experience! This practice is so unethical. My fiance and I were scheduled to close on a house. When we questioned fees we hadn't seen on the preliminary estimate, the attorney, Harold Minsk told us to either sign the documents or get out. He said he had other closings scheduled and we were wasting his time. In looking at some of the reviews it seems to be a pattern. He preys on people that don't use English as their first language. Mr Minsk is polite friendly and completely professional!!! He tightly books to save clients money and then treats everyone like they're doing him a favor by giving him business. But be careful parking!!! There's a fool driving a truck who keeps racing by his office... crying like a baby. Looks like he's unhappy with everything in his life and might hit somebody with all those tears shedding in his eyes..
