This team is either not very honest or the people they represent aren't, either way buyer beware. Recently purchased a home that came with a broken washer, the washer was conveniently disconnected during the inspection and could not be tested. I would have rather come into the deal knowing that the washer was broken so we could have expected to need one, instead the washer was listed as a benefit in the description that proclaimed the house "move in ready".
