I have suffered from neck, shoulder and upper back pain for a long time now. It has gotten increasingly worse as I am now 34 weeks pregnant. Two days ago when I got up the left side of my neck was completely off, extended all the way to my middle back. I could hard turn my head to the left. I just received an adjustment from Dr. Carol and it seems I regain the control of my neck. Over the last month or so I have also slept better, for longer hours (6 to 7) and less dreams.
Dr carol is excellent and I highly recommended her.she provides me with great and helpful advice about exercise and stretches I can do improve my quality of life.i had severe lower back pain and leg pain.after few sessions I feel relieve and do my all routine work easily.i feel great after my sessions and appreciate her knowledge experience and professionalism.the staff is very understanding and always accommodates my busy schedule with my appointments.
