Minooka Mini Storage has been a pleasure to work with -- they responded to me in a timely manner when an unforeseen storage issue became apparent. Moving out of the unit went smoothly and this facility is extremely accessible. Should I need storage assistance in the future, I would happily return to doing business with Minooka Mini Storage!
Do not like I cannot have my own lock, you have to use their combo lock.
i had such a easy stress free time with Mariah.. she was eager to help she was kind generous and funny.. we shared many jokes in our short time together.. definitely would recommend this store again
Clean, pleasant, quiet, good location. Friendly managers. Never raised the rent in the several months we needed the unit.
