Dr. Chapman may be one of the worst men I've ever met. I saw him a while ago because I was struggling with infertility and wanted to speak to someone new before resorting to fertility treatments. He very literally called me a 'lost cause' and told me he'd help me since this was clearly a 'cry for help'. Find someone else. Anyone else.
Dr Minoff is caring and very professional. I'd recommend him highly except for the fact that that Dr. Chapman is his partner . He is the complete opposite. He rushes through appointments. He doesn't listen . He is rude, arrogant and frankly just a horrible person
This was my second visit to the office. My experience this was not acceptable. I felt rushed through the exam. First I had a partial hysterectomy and Dr. Minoff stated to me, you had a hysterectomy so you don't need a pap smear. I still have my ovaries. Also, the examination was rough, I am now experiencing discomfort in the vaginal area from the exam. My Blood pressure was 140/110, they didn't have me wait in the waiting room, to check my bp later. This was a horrible experience for me.
