HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Katherine the front desk lady has no respect and literally talks over the customers! She’s very unprofessional and needs a little more training instead of just sitting and her chair and arguing over the phone! I left 4 voicemails for her and she never got back to me in regards to the concern. I had a party last year and everything was cleaned and put back same with the keys! Nice quiet and safe location, well maintained grounds,. Reasonable rent costs. Friendly staff. It would be good if they could allow automatic payments from my bank rather than monthly checks.

Horrible. I left my apartment a month earlier than my lease due to being hospitalized many times over the year from mold inhalation. I have a severe allergy to mold and later after my first hospitalization I saw that I had signed in my lease saying there was “an acceptable amount of mold” in the apartment. However throughout my stay the issue became worse and there was no work done to take care of the existing mold problem. It’s nice it’s just the kitchens need to be redone like bad and the chairs that come with the tables. & the bathroom sinks needa boost. And the closet doors needa be replaced I’ve been inside a few of these apartments I must say. And the floor tiles need improvement. Other then that carpet is nice. View is nice! Area is nice quiet and decent! <3 Laundry is good. It’s just the rent price is kinda crazy. I’ve known quite a few people that lived here.

I have lived here for over 17 years and absolutely love it! If something needs fixing I just make a phone call and it's fixed. The owners and staff have proven to be kind and understanding with me. I plan to be here many for more years.
