Unbelievable how ridiculously difficult it is to get ahold of someone at this clinic . Almost have to go in to make an appointment.
I am going through a very traumatic events in my life and I do not feel heard, experiencing symptoms that effect my daily life and I just continue to go to appointments and get the same result. The wait times are unbelievable. My mental health continues to decline. I got a message to call the office yesterday Wednesday July 23rd.....today at 8:30 a.m. I called and the message said that due to staff shortages the phone will not be answered What am I supposed to do with that????
Very rude receptionist and super inconvenient that you can never get ahold of anyone because they never answer the phones and only accept calls before noon , you can’t email them or leave a message!
Unkind and dismissive are two traits I look for in a family doctor, and Dr. Hepting is a true professional. Don’t you love going to the Doctor with the same symptoms every time for months or years, where she pulls up a few pictures on google and asks “does it look like this?”. Then she tells you there’s nothing to worry about even though you’re still in pain, maybe she’ll even prescribe a medication that does nothing.
