As newer patients who were transferred over from our retired family physician, we are incredibly pleased with Dr. Alessia Pastre. She is very attentive, curious and thorough. As for booking and reception, I echo what seems to be the common complaint about reaching anyone in the office. While they have adjusted their hours, a non-urgent voicemail or some sort of messaging service would prove useful for many patients - especially those who work during the day and cannot wait in a queue for a lengthy time. I just have to say what a wonderful experience I had at the doctor's office recently. Dr. Hepting took the time to explain everything so clearly and never rushed my appointment. I truly appreciated that, especially since there was a lot to discuss. It's reassuring to have a doctor who listens, answers questions thoroughly, and makes you feel heard.
