good task I have appreciated the Dr.'s time with us. Very thorough and kind.
pricing and care I moved here a few years ago and had been taking my pets to a doctor I was not very happy with, it seemed like everytime I turned around there were untold charges. I got a new puppy and was referred to this Hospital by a neighbor, I of course was a little skeptical just as anyone is when changing doctors. Great! Dr. Hong listened Great! Dr. Hong listened to and considered my concerns when my cat became what appeared to me to be irreversibly ill after ingesting clumping litter that had stuck to one of his paws that he licked. In the process Dr. Hong discovered an ear infection that we hadn't noticed. We thought he had ear mites. My cat's breath smelled bad, he was unable to chew well and wouldn't eat much and was lethargic. After Dr. Hong treated him with an antibiotic and detox meds and fluid therapy he improved dramatically.... read more
Thank you, Dr. Hong and staff!! We have used Dr. Hong and his staff since 1988..for all of our numerous pets. The technicians are thoughtful, involved, and caring, and Dr. Hong cared for our dear Brownie when Woodbridge Animal Hospital sent her home to die because we could not afford the treatments. Brownie survived another 2 - 3 years, thanks to the loving care she received. This was my first visit This was my first visit at Minnieville animal hospital. I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone was so friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me eye contact. My cat recovered very well from her surgery. I will return again for future service. Thank you very much.
Minnieville Animal Minnieville Animal Hospital is wonderful. Sammy is totally skiddish, but they are very good with him. Sammy always looks great after his grooming. Thanks for a great job!!
Thank you, Dr. Waite I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Waite since she joined the practice a few months ago. I can't speak highly enough about her, and have been recommending that all of my friends with pets take them to see her. I have friends that are willing to drive the her office from all over the Northern Virginia area to have their pets treated. Not one of them have regretted making the change. Keep up the great work, Dr. Waite, and I'll continue to send new business your way!
Terrie A. Dr. Waite is outstanding!! She takes care of all three of my dogs and is always patient and calm. My dogs go right to her and that is a first. They are actually excited to see her. She does not jump to quick diagnosis and is very competent and thorough. I'm in the healthcare profession and looked long and hard to find such a caring vet. She is a true professional, dedicated to her patients and their well-being. Her staff is loyal and caring, as well.
Sincere care It is sad to say that our cat passed away a few weeks ago; however, his passing was made easier when we brought him in to Minnieville and were treated so kindly by ALL the staff. They truly care about our animals and we aren't just "another patient". The card sent by the staff was sincere and unexpected and that is why we choose to continue coming here. Thank you
