Horrible. Won’t take appointments over the phone. Cierra told me to book a consultation on her website, there was nothing available for several months. Then I attempted to book a relaxer, got an appointment 3 weeks out. Tried to put my deposit down for the appt but the website never asked for my card details. Received a confirmation that the appointment was booked without payment. Never had a follow up confirmation, showed up and the wrong address is on google. Tried calling Cierra no answer inbox full.
