I purchased a new Carrier air handler and heat pump in 2004 from this Company. The unit has broken over 6 times in 6 years and each time I have to beg this company to come out and repair it. They always claim whatever breaks is not under warranty. Today (June 28) I called again because the air condtioner is broken and its 99 degrees outside. They told me that they could not come out for two weeks! BEWARE OF THIS POORLY RUN BUSINESS AND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE!
