Customer Way overpriced for the work done. Rude manager. Receptionist would not let me speak to owner. Do not go here. There are many much better auto repair services in Winchester. Trust me.
crooks!!! I was recently in minnicks shop for minor repairs and when i questioned a few of the charges all the staff became very upset and hostile. They treated me as if i was a criminal or something when i was clearly being overcharged. I have since took this bill to 2 other garages n the area and both gave me an estimate alot cheaper than minnicks charged. maybe they needed the extra cash to purchase some customer service training videos because none of the employees had any. I love you Minnicks!! I just love Minnicks! They are honest, fast, friendly, caring and more than efficient! I have taken my car to several places in the winchester area prior to Minnicks, and have always been lied to and over charged..( especially by MONRO MUFFLER!!! GRRR!) ....But Minnicks have always been good to me. While driving through Virginia the beginning of November on a Sunday, we had a problem with our Durango when we stopped in the rest area in Winchester, and when I called my RV Roadhelp for assistance, they sent Minnick's to our rescue. Great overall service Shortly after moving from Massachusetts 3 years ago a neighbor referred me to Minnick's. Since then, Minnick's has carried out the annual state inspection (fast, nice, helpful...), and also towed the car twice (tow truck drivers exceptionally quick to arrive, plus empathetic and so helpful). Five stars, Minnick's.

Minnick's Auto Repair & Towing has super customer service! Since June 24th I have enjoyed driving my air-conditioned Cadillac. The "auto" button has remained in place and to date there have been no further problems with hot air coming through the vents on dashboard. This note is to thank you and youir repair staff for taking the time to service my car and obtaining the small part from Cadillac that has kept my car's ac functioning. Minnick's Auto Repair is the reason horrible holiday turned to joy! My family and I were recently stranded in your wonderful town when our car broke down on the side of Interstate 81. What began as a horrible beginning to our family Christmas was turned into a joy by the citizens of Winchester. Minnicks showed up to tow our car within 20 minutes of calling AAA. Excellent customer service I strongly disagree with some of these other reviews. I had a car breakdown on interstate 81 at 10:30 PM and AAA towed it to Minnick's Auto Repair in Winchester. The next day I spoke to Ken and he agreed to look at the car. After a number of phone calls with Ken a plan was implemented. I would highly recommend Minnick's. The customer service was exceptional. Ken's knowledge was valuable and the expense was less than I had anticipated. Great job Ken.
