As a property owner, I cannot recommend Minnick Management. Beginning in late 2024, rent was regularly paid late — sometimes over a month — without any communication. I ended our agreement in early 2025 due to over two months of unpaid rent and no replies to outreach. Since then, they have withheld the tenant’s deposit and failed to provide a move-in inspection sheet. I reimbursed the tenant myself and have yet to hear back regarding repayment. My property was managed by Minnick until Dec 31 2024. I left because of mismanagement of funds and we are still trying to collect money owed to us, with no response from them. Austine is very sweet and helpful, but the upper management is unresponsive and unreachable.
When you think of Realtors you don't often think of the people that help them look good. Minnick Management is an incredible support to our business.
