Under new management the quality of care has visibly declined. Rock salt sat in the front entry for weeks after the last storm. Carpets are not cleaned very often. The trash room is often a mess. The entire staff who knew and cared personally for the building are gone, and the new staff is corporate focused -not on residents or the building. I lived here for 7 years, and would still be living there if I didn't have to move. Great place. I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings over the years, and this one is easily the best—by a long shot. Everyone from the owner to the property manager to the maintenance team is friendly and highly responsive. They're constantly improving the property and it's very well-maintained. Owner Mark is great. They are always updating the building and amenities. Mike the head of maintenance is awesome. He is always around to help with anything. Very quiet building, laundry and workout room is always clean and have been updated. For the price it is extremely high value. Any bad reviews are probably from old ownership or disgruntled people.
