I lived here for 7 years, and would still be living there if I didn't have to move. Great place. I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings over the years, and this one is easily the best—by a long shot. Everyone from the owner to the property manager to the maintenance team is friendly and highly responsive. They're constantly improving the property and it's very well-maintained. Owner Mark is great. They are always updating the building and amenities. Mike the head of maintenance is awesome. He is always around to help with anything. Very quiet building, laundry and workout room is always clean and have been updated. For the price it is extremely high value. Any bad reviews are probably from old ownership or disgruntled people.

I've lived at Edgewater for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very attentive; anything I've needed fixed, which has been relatively little, has been taken care of promptly. The staff has even gone the extra mile any time I've needed something else that most property managers would tell you is not their job.
