They’re not bad overall unless you are unfortunate enough to have to encounter and engage with a few of their less than pleasant staff. The positive doesn’t balance out the negative in this situation, however. The few staff that are immature, unprofessional and inevitably harmful towards the mental and emotional health of their patients; and that’s from my own personal experience and from what I’ve witnessed happen to other patients. Went there for a Brain Injury in 2016, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. They treat you like dogs. They treat you like you should be punished because of your mental health. Most of the staff were old women and the sarcasm of how they felt towards clients was present every day. They resounded grandiosity and made it clear they viewed you as lesser.
