I booked all my stays through Marriott Homes & Villas. MINNeSTAY has been great—it was so good that I actually extended my stay twice. I would definitely be coming back if I am in the area again.
I have stayed at Minnestay properties multiple times. The properties have been great, the staff is friendly, effective, and they accommodate. When maintenance needs have popped up they are focused on same day fixes. I highly recommend Minnestay for rentals!
MINNeSHADY RENTAL AGENCY This agency advertises their vacation homes on VRBO in addition to their own website and others. Even though the VRBO terms very clearly say you can have a 100% refund if canceled 30 days in advance, this rental agency will not honor it and will charge you a 3% “processing” fee. Be careful booking with this rental agency, as they operate in a less than transparent and fair manner. EDITED TO ADD: I did contact the agency and they wouldn’t budge. Great location, house was very nice and the layout was wonderful. Highly recommend!
As a property owner, I CANNOT recommend MINNeSTAY. 1. They were dishonest about both potential income and their fees. My property had good occupancy, however, the gross rental income was only 50% of what they predicted the income would be. They also stated that I would net 73% of the gross rental income (their 24% management fee plus 3% credit card fee).
