Paid $500 for them to remove a groundhog. After 4 weeks of not catching the groundhog, it was advised to “pause” the trapping service. I asked if there was any way we could get a partial refund and they would not budge. They close the traps over the weekend and often times did not come to re-open them until Tuesday. The food in the trap was often moldy after one day of sitting in there and not replaced until the next week. I had a wonderful experience with Ecotech; from speaking with Josh to learn more about their service, to working with Tim the following day. Tim, was assigned to our yellow jacket situation. He was very pleasant right from the start and set my mind at ease that we would see positive results. Jay came out one day after I contacted MN Wildlife. He came prepared to catch snakes and give an abatement estimate. His energy was great. I enjoyed talking to him, and watching him catch snakes! He got right into it, and by it I mean the shrubs. He could be on a nature show. I highly recommend this company.
