This company was recommended by our realtor and they were initially decent in communicating. The office receptionist got a few things wrong multiple times, but was all fixed by the time I had a tech come out. Tech came out and performed an assessment which cost ~$250 and the estimate for repairs were high as well. Tech said I should deal directly with him if I wanted to move forward. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They told me exactly what I needed to do to fix things myself, and gave me pricing for them to fix it. They gave me a number to call if I had questions when fixing it myself.
Highly recommend MN Wild Animal Management. We had an issue in our attic that our inspector unfortunately missed. I called MN Wild Management after scheduling a few companies to come out and provide a quote. Scott called me within 30 minutes and took care of the whole process. Tim took care of everything and had great communication throughout the process. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend.
