My experiences have always been awesome. Staff is great and they are professional.
The lady who supposedly checked in my husband in suite 6 did not communicate with the receptionist in suite 2 building that my husband is in the lobby waiting. Waited 2 hours to be called. Time wasted. They finally called my husband in at 11am when I asked what’s going on. Little did I know, he was changed in to gown prepped ready for a small procedure but was still waiting for 2 more hours. This is ridiculous! Very Unprofessional!
I had a appointment at 9:15 am then had to wait to be call to the back at 11:30 then got ready to go for my surgery then got to 1:30, then got rescheduled this place its a joke. Waste of my time n gas waste my whole morning without eating n drinking too. Would give a zero star if possible.
The care provided was excellent however the timing of procedures was delayed which increased the time I had to stay in the hospital.
