Great people; our dog cannot wait to get into the building when we arrive.
Minnesota Valley Vets treat me and my pups very well. I feel like family to them. They are patient, caring, works with me on treatment plans. Took us in under an emergency when my Annabelle hurt her back. Always will work me for any one of my three pups. I tried another Vet once...bad idea. I came back and swore I would never leave again.
These people are like family. They have been there for us over the years-- during the good, the bad & the ugly...even making a very dreadful euthanasia decision a little more bearable by coming to our home. We look forward to (hopefully)yrs of care going forward with our newest doggie addition. �
We had to put our beloved Chocolate Lab of 14 years down December 5, 2016. Susan advised us on Saturday,and on Monday we were met with compassion at the clinic. The entire staff was wonderful. Your staff's comment "That it's better one day early than one day late, was soothing. Assured us!!! Thank u!!!
Thank you, Dr. Karen & staff, for tackling your first ear hematoma in an alpaca. It was messy and smelly due to the skin infection that compounded the problem. Watching you reminded me of the combination of knowledge, teamwork, courage, and sense of adventure, shall we say, that are necessary to be successful in this line of work. I loved that you took the time to call to check details with Dr. Susan while navigating through this procedure. Thanks to all!
