The visit with Dr Brandt was good. He doesn’t make you feel rushed. He appears to sincerely care about your health. I would give him 5 stars. The one problem I do have with MN Urology is communication with regards to appointments for additional services. When I leave the office I realize I have no information as to what to do to make a scan or lab appointment. This has been a repeated problem. The patient portal lacks helpful information regarding this too, Along with other issues.
Dr. Brandt is very professional, listens to you and explains options and procedures thoroughly.
The doctor was fine but it was a wasted trip. The previous urologist said what I was dealing with could last about 6 months and go away on its own. It already was 6 months so she referred me to you. Your doctor basically said it could last 6 to 12 months and did nothing else. So a huge waste of travel time and money!
