I went because of kidney stones Sept 2024. The first doc needed to retire. Didn't do F all and didn't even take notes on what we talked about. Many reviews of him said they or their spouse died because of his negligence, so I switched to Ugarte, who was wonderful but retired. So they switched me to a young female doc who seemed okay.
