the staff at Minnesota tile and Stone are amazing and bent over backwards with every request I had in finishing my new construction house. Natalie Freeman is so talented at the Plymouth location. she pulled together the most amazing looks for my bathrooms and kitchen. I will send pictures soon. fabulous experience
Great countertop. Installer was great (shy puente). As general contractors we will be bringing in more business for sure. It was a perfect fit and timely service.
We drove 3 hrs to visit the showroom in downtown MSP. While they have beautiful product to look at the level of service was abhorrent. We were the only people in the showroom when we got there and we wandered around for a good 15 minutes and the lady at her desk went out of her way to ignore us despite walking right in front of her. Not a hello, nothing! As we were leaving another couple came in and she ignored them as well. We were prepared to purchase $54/SF tile but not with that kind of treatment.
I really want to like this store. Their offerings are fantastic and they have exactly what we want. The problem is the customer service in the store. It’s completely horrible. We’ve been to the store twice to order and each time we are greeted by attitude that should be more reserved for the baggage office of an airline, not a high end tile provider that is open to the public.

Here is my experience getting a countertop for my small kitchen: I looked at several different countertop installers in the Twin Cities and got 5 different quotes from different places. MN Tile and Stone was not the lowest bid, but since they had very few substantive poor reviews, and had professional looking stores, I decided to go with them.
