I’ve spent the last two and a half months battling poor communication with Ross. Weeks will go by without communication or a response. Ross couldn’t answer any questions I had. He would state he would ask the sellers. A month later and still don’t have answers to questions asked. It was like I was a bother to him. Sent an updated offer a week ago. It’s been complete silence. Avoid the frustration of poor communication. Look for resorts outside of Minnesota Resort Sales!
