Not a good experience at all. Scott came on time to fix a leak in my bathroom. He finished in 40 minutes and charged me over $300 for labor which he said was the industry norm. Of those forty minutes he was on the phone for 10 minutes talking to his vet. He said my leak was fixed however I received a call from my renter two days later saying there was still a leak.
