The perinatalogists are poorly educated. They gave me a false diagnosis and also treated me solely on the basis of my ethnicity. If you are a person of color, especially Black or African, do not come here. These physicians practice race based medicine and do not understand that black women's bodies are different. The doctors here are arrogant and refuse to acknowledge when they're wrong. Some of the nursing and tech staff are kind, but some can be impersonal and seem overall as if they do not want to work there.
Check carefully with your insurance. We have United Healthcare and MPP was supposed to be in network. We still ended up needing to pay a lot out of pocket. I called up Allina to try and resolve the issue but didn't receive any help.
They were great and very nice and supportive as I was going through a very difficult time with lots of bad news. They kept a very good eye on baby and did everything they needed to and beyond. They found out what was wrong very fast. I only feel comfortable going to them from now on.
This team of doctors are the best! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to start my appointment. I was very apprehensive about seeing a new doctor nearly every visit for many reasons. Every doctor I met with was extremely thorough, friendly and professional. I am very picky and have a very complicated health history. Everyone was empathetic and I felt I couldn’t have had better care. The nurses are amazing as well and so incredibly sweet. You can tell this staff genuinely loves their job and it really shows.
They're OK so far I guess, been nice and friendly; not too long of a wait. However, there was a mix up with my apt last wk and one of their nurses: Deb h, made it really uncomfortable. As I stated there was a mix up and they scheduled me to st paul but I know I scheduled it for Woodbury. But instead of just letting it go and that it was all a miscommunication, she stated "I've decided to go to Woodbury N not St Paul, I live in white bear and st paul was still closer though and before i got called in, she came out stating to ... read more
