I had Ellen for an ultrasound tech and have a very tender previous c-section incision. Ellen was so nice and made me feel very important and special, not like I was just another pregnant person to look at. She was entertaining and conversational and kept the gender a secret like I had asked. I have never had a better ultrasound experience. The receptionists were also friendly and the waiting room is very clean. Hand sanitizer is everywhere for use and the ultrasound room was comforting and clean. 5 star experience :)

Awful experience! I had requested my appointment at the Edina location over a month ago. They scheduled it and here it was at the St. Paul location! If the scheduler would have listened to my request I wouldn't have missed my appointment. Then they transfer me around which wastes 20-25 minutes when I could have just made it to the St. Paul location 15 minutes late. The stand up aand wait outside because the lady on the desk needed to confirm something with the doctor but the waiting room was completely empty. My appointment was a 2:30 and it was 2:25 and I wa still on the door waiting for permission to come inside.
