My daughter had a consultation recently at the hastings clinic. Everyone was nice. I dont like the setup though. For a Hippaa law being its medical there is too much openness. You don't have privacy, you dont have your own room. With that said during her apt. workers come by and ask questions to the doctor about other patients with us right there. If the doctor or assistant is doing your apt. their attention should be on you not other patients.
I genuinely have a hard time giving five out of five stars, but this orthodontic office truly earned it!!! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, warm, and welcoming. The overall energy in the office was incredibly positive and immediately put me at ease. The orthodontist made me feel comfortable right away and even asked about the comfort items I brought with me — not with judgment, but with genuine curiosity and a desire to understand and support me better.
