No accountability to patients. Schedulers never answer phones. Anonymous 'switchboard operators' work from home w/ children playing in background. Imaging orders take a week to schedule! After I advocated for myself and was adamant ultrasound get scheduled: Evelyn made excuses. Lisa called angry/combative and unprofessional. Melinda turned hostile, disrespectful. No dignity for the patient!
Dr.Seng always take time to listen to your concerns, he clearly explains any test results, and works seamlessly with my other doctors when there’s any hospital procedure that requires The infusions Required due to my bleeding disorder. This was a referral to confirm primary care interpretation of test results. For a first time appointment, Dr Seng came in with complete knowledge of my case history. He is very easy to dialogue with and we left feeling it was time very well spent.
