Their phone operation sucks. I get put on hold for at least 20 minutes and then they transfer me to a different person and get put on hold AGAIN for another 20 minutes. Makes it impossible to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Toonen is an outstanding Oncologist! Understanding, knowledgeable and concerned for my issues.
My appointment with Dr Jessica Thomes Pepin went very well. She was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. When she was finished explaining next steps, I did not have any questions. That was such a relief.
Everyone was so helpful made it all go smoothly and feel I’m at the right place for help
