I had a scheduled appointment for 3:45 on July 20. I was told to be there at 3:15 for bloodwork and I was there at 3:15. I was brought in the back by the nurse at 3:45 and I sat there until 4:50 waiting for the doctor.. Nobody ever came in the room so I got up and went to the front desk an hour and five minutes later. Dr. Nicole Spencer is truly the best doctor I have ever had! From the moment I started care at Minnesota Oncology, both Dr. Spencer and the entire staff have been incredibly compassionate, supportive, and professional. Every interaction at the clinic has made me feel cared for & comfortable. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of oncology care.
Absolutely horrible at scheduling, wife had 3 appointments scheduled, had confirmation emails. 3 days before the 1st appointment had another confirmation email to say she's coming. Show up for the 1st appointment and these people played stupid and said she didnt have any appointments. What a waste of time. If we didnt show up they would ask for compensation where is ours. How unprofessional and unapologetic if you value your health or time avoid this place.
I was harassed by a security person named Daniel very disrespectful almost caused an anxiety attack.
