I have an out of state DL, went thru whole process for health card, if staff would of told me at start that they would not send documents to dmv in texas from start i would of never wasted my money. Now having issues updating my dot health card and office wont help. Now everything has to be done electronic.
If you want a report that your medical records dont support and after being altered three times a diagnosis later added go see Peter Swann. Out of everything my employer has had done this one hurts the most.
Save yourself some time and make an appointment elsewhere. Making you arrive 15 minutes early to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment? So upsetting.
My son went there to have a drug test for employment purposes. The staff there are extremely incompetent and rude. It's almost as if you look a certain way, it's assumed that you're a criminal and treated with absolute disrespect. His appointment was scheduled for 2pm and he'd been instructed to hold his urine.
