I was floored to read the above review. I have been seeing Lois for over 20 years. As a nurse I suffered a career ending shoulder injury. The reccomendation from two MDs, was shoulder surgery. I researched and talked to a lot of people whom had chosen shoulder surgery. None of them thought it helped much and a few felt not better but different was the term I had heard most often.
