I went for a hair follicle test. I was able to set up a time in a timely manner. When the time came I had to set it ahead just a few hours and they were able to work with me as I live a few hours away. Upon checking in the woman who checked me in was very welcoming, showed me exactly what I needed to fill out. She then proceeded to bring to me the room to take my hair, she tried to make the situation lighter by making a few jokes which I really appreciated. There was no issues at all. Underrated hair cuts and customer service.
People give this place a bad rap because its their punishment for making mistakes and having consequences. Testing times are adequate and they are helpful with house arrest problems. I don't love the law but here i am giving it a good review, anyone complaining litterally just wants to feel better about themselves massively failing at life.
Closed on Sunday.
Some of the staff are rude and don't respond to issues in a timely manner. There hours for testing are also not fair.
