This whole facility is terrible in so many ways. Communication is incredibly poor. My child was waiting for her therapist for her virtual session for 15 minutes, and had to call the office to ask what was going on. Turns out, her therapist had gone on ‘sabbatical’ earlier that same day and no one bothered to notify us via email, phone call, text, nothing. This complete lack of communication caused my child to have a breakdown severe enough to resort to self harm and require admission to a hospital mental health unit. I under... read more
I'm happy with my therapist I see but the front desk staff they have had over the last 2 years is something else. Poor communication and can be rude. You ask a question and they can't answer and try to direct you elsewhere so they avoid it. It's disgusting. They have a new person there who told me that my appointment was canceled due to billing issues and I was told by the billing department that my appointment was showing as not canceled. 120 days since first attempt to get records. 56 days since leaving message requesting records. 34 days since doing online roi form as requested for complete request. 0 days since trying to pick up records as told, and being told they have no records of my request. Showed them email showing confirmation of online form being submitted. Instead of attempting to find it, they want me to redo it. I am really not happy with this clinic. I was seen many years ago by them. Admittedly, it was over 10 years and i was told that they only needed to save them for 10 years by law. However, when i was on the phone with some lady, she told me she found them and that they still had them. All I needed to do was fill out the release of information and that it would take approximately 10 days or so. Which I thought was ridiculous since I'm requesting my own records. So I did that.
