Can't get through to ANYONE. I've been trying to make an appointment with my therapist for THREE weeks now!!!!!!!!!!! I give up. UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN PROMISED TWO TIMES NOW THAT MY THERAPIST WOULD CALL ME BACK YESTERDAY. NO CALL. AT THIS POINT I DON'T TRUST MY THERAPIST ANYMORE.
I went here several years ago, saw this place online again and remembered to post a review. I went here years ago for medication management and man, was this place a waste of my time! The provider outright ignored my request to get on a prescription and started ARGUING with me! I ended up using my insurance, getting a large bill in the mail and was WITHOUT a necessary prescription for OVER FOUR MONTHS until I could afford to find a different place and go back in to be seen! I have had a wonderful experience at Minnesota Mental Health with everyone that I have encountered from there. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly.
I have the best therapist ever (Emily G) she is so caring about her clients and doesn’t judge no matter what situation! She listens to everything you tell her and I would recommend her to children and young adults! I cant imagine seeing anybody else honestly!
I think incompetence describes their scheduling. Steer clear if you can find a place that can handle basic customer service!
