I went here years ago. The therapist started arguing with me, instead of treating me. All I had went in there for was to get a refill of my prescription, which he never gave me. Would NEVER recommend this place. Shady.
Booked the appointment for my sibling, on Monday 10/4 at 9:30 but they sent the notification saying it’s 9:00 am! But provider was a no show! Then we waited till 9:30 same thing happened. Then at 9:45 am we got a notice that the appointment was changed to 10/7 at 10:20 am. Mind you, they sent the link for appointment confirmation! We waited and no one showed up! Then when I called I was told that Michell Tichey was not informed about the appointment and doesn’t have that patient on her schedule at all! This is a horrible exp... read more
My assessor was very uncommunicative and unprofessional. He left important details out of my report and even “joked” that my IQ result was the reason I didn’t like his favorite TV show. Overall can’t believe this man is a mental health professional. 2 stars because everyone else I’ve worked with at MMHC has been awesome, seems I just got a bad egg this time around.
Wouldn't recommend i got told I would be blocked for calling about my medicine they prescribed! What a joke.
I have never had an issue with scheduling appointments and have always had clear reminders and details for each of my appointments. Easy billing system.
