The Therapist my son had was extremely unprofessional. Our very first appointment he was late, second appointment never showed. Both times there were excuses. I decided to give it 1 more shot hoping the first 2 experiences were just a fluke. The 3rd time went well. The 4th appointment I had to reschedule and his response back started with “oh good”. Terrible, terrible service. I keep coming back here stupidly but they never care about clients. I recently got care by Jacinda Stanton. Dont do it. I told her that a med was makimg me feel worse and I kid you not, she would say "I respectfully disagree" 3x and say I need to up the dosage. I had to refuse her care and change to a new one. Now Jacinda Stanton is refusing my refill of my medication.

Dr.Kaibeh Benson has been so supportive and genuinely helpful in my journey to better my mental health and has truly helped better my quality of life throughout the past 5 years.
