If I could give this place zero stars I would. Chain of command knowingly lets unethical practices to happen.
I enjoyed going to this place until I got a call saying my therapist is no longer with the organization and taking clients. I was supposed to have appointments for the last two months but they kept calling to cancel them and I was also supposed to have one this week until I got a last minute phone call about my therapist not being there anymore. Now I have to go through the whole process again to try and find someone new, I'm a bit disappointed
Had an excellent, very comfortable visit, the front desk/client coordinator was so kind/patient and informative which Was extremely helpful dealing with initial paperwork. So grateful to have found MN Mental Health! Thank you again!
My significant other sought out Dr Ben Thompson from a supposed match online. He acted rushed and surprised we had found him because he is "so busy he doesn't even advertise ". Also asked no questions but stated " you're doing amazingly well and what you're feeling is normal". Really, he just lost his mother! The fact that there is no receptionist on Fridays causes patients to have to wait and wonder if anyone even knows they are there. Very disappointing. We won't be back. 6/4 I just want to express how deeply disappointed I am in how this mornings meeting went or let's say didn't go. Firstly the provider was 10 minutes late to the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional especially when they hop on and say "oh I saw you were waiting." I find that incredibly disrespectful to my time. I then have to call the clinic to see if they are even going to hop on or not. The clinic assures me that will be on momentarily.
