Horrible clinic that will consistently waste your time. My first appointment was on the 6th. After confirming this multiple times, I was notified on the 6th that my appointment would be on the 13th. I had called out of work in order to make this appointment, but whatever - decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep my appointment for the 13th. Please if you are using these clinics for your child go somewhere else. I just needed to confirm the date and time of my child’s appointment and I emailed Jessica N. And then left a message the following week with her care coordinator and still no return phone call. Their professionalism and care for patients is horrendous. Do not use if you care for your kid at all.

Unorganized and not professional. I made an appointment, and the earliest was months away. No one ever sent me a confirmation or intake paperwork. I had to call or go to the clinic to get information about my appointment. Three days before the online appointment I had to call to get the confirmation. The doctors here are friendly, but the billing crew is ruthless. They call you whenever they please, and then fail to follow up at a more convenient time. Instead of working with someone on a busy schedule, they just "kick" you out of their system and then send your stuff off to collections. They don't keep their word and they are woefully disrespectful to their clients. Funny that a mental health facility practices lying and abusive behaviors. Stay away from them unless you've got a well padded wallet.
