Ordered a refurbished autoclave from Minnesota Medical Specialists & Refrigeration (MMSR) in September. MMSR cashed check and then took over three weeks to send an autoclave that leaked and had E001 power interruption error code (possibly overheating fuse bracket assembly, or bad contacts on the fuses themselves). Use any other service company! The scheduling department at MN Med is horrible at communicating and often cancels or reschedules at the last minute. The technician I was working with didn't seem to know anything about the equipment he was servicing. He would call the company that made the equipment and ask them over the phone what they thought was going on, then tell me that was what was wrong and leave. Several diagnostic checks were done incorrectly, which drew out the issue I was having for months.

I always have excellent service, when ever I need any work done on my ultra-low freezers.
We have used MMS's sterilizer cleaning service and preventative maintenance services. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thorough and easy to work with.
