Great place good people
My wife is new to medicinal cannibus products, and green goods has been great to work with. On each of our three visits we have experienced excellent customer service from extremely pleasant staff. They offer a large selection of products and often seem to have a discount promotion running.
Terrible decision making going on here. No leadership or no customer conflict resolution. I was a routine customer until today. Just know that time is money. And I don't like to waste either. ps the owners pls keep your responses. And get more relatable employees not bias robots
Everybody is talking about the great customer service while I stood there for five minutes and the employee was too busy watching YouTube music videos and never bothered to look up even though I said excuse me THREE times and was most certainly in her field of vision.
I try not to come to this location because they always cancel my order before they close. It’s the oddest thing ever. I just left here after not coming for a good 6 months, and the guy at the register refused to give me my Ssi discount??? It was only like, $8 savings lol. This place is so weird. I’ll spend my money over at rise instead at least my order won’t be cancelled midway through the day and all my discounts will hit before I even swipe my card.
