Had to reschedule due to illness. Left a message to reschedule. They never called. I called again and spoke to a **** who was so unfriendly ( and hanged up on me) that I called my referring physician to send me somewhere else.

They are quick to get you in for a study and consult and set you up with a cpap but if you need to do absolutely anything after that, good luck. I will say the ** / doc has been great to work with and helpful but everything else about this place is the worst.Its impossible to get ahold of anyone to get anything done or information updated and they rarely call back when you leave voicemails. They even have a portal where you can pay your bill that allows you to also send messages but dont bother trying because nobody responds... read more
This follows the reviews as well. They have braindead employees working there. The patient has to do everything. They do not mail the sleep study test unless you harass them...but they will not hesitate to bill your CC. They scheduled you appointments but do not bother to tell you either.
I truly have never experienced such ************************* from any medical professional organization! I have never written a negative review but felt it is important to warn any potential patients looking to use their Sleep Institute Services to save yourself a lot of frustration and find an organization that genuinely cares about their patients! I saw this practice twice and both times was lied to and had my time wasted. First I was told they would create an order for more supplies and endeavor to get my original sleep study records for insurance. Neither of which happened and required me to make multiple phone calls (that went unanswered) to resolve. Then I see their practice again and they say they will order an at home sleep study. This is a terrible business. They do not return any calls. I called for 4 months to get new head gear. I called every other week for 13 weeks. I finally get a call back after 4 months to tell me that my prescription just expired and I need to go in for $400 appnt with PA to get my head gear. This is ridiculous. What terrible customer service.
MN Sleep charged for a replacement nasal piece even though I did not order it. I left several messages, emails, and even messaged through their portal with no response. After a few months I received a letter from a collection agency for the **** that I did not request. This place is corrupt.
Sleep study for apnea- they started the sales pitch on the first consult visit. Buy one of these, or one of those! Only a few thousand dollars to save your life! Yes, they had the solution before they even saw me. Reminded me of those vacation share hard-sells. But it gets better! Though they could reach me to send patient information, call me for scheduling, the bills went...somewhere else. Why? Any responsibility taken? No, just pay up.
