This one thousand acre attraction located just west of Minneapolis is a gardener's paradise. It is also the perfect spot for anyone who simply wishes to visit a beautiful and peaceful place. The University of Minnesota, which owns the arboretum, conducts research here and offers a wide variety of educational programs. Several miles of walking paths weave through the gardens, with a lane along side for those who wish to drive.

I came as a volunteer to make scarecrows and fell in love with everything I was able to see. I can't wait to come back and do some more exploring. So many things to look at and even get ideas for your own garden and home. I love how the landscape is decorated for holidays and events. You could easily spend an entire day here.
I am always thankful for the opportunity the ride my bike through th Minnesota Landscape Arboretum... Its an amazing place to spend time. Honestly, words and photographs do not do it justice. Thank you to all those people that make it happen.
We love going there to explore the seasonal change to the landscape. It never ceases to amaze me when you see how much effort goes into having something to see every season and how it fits into the state's fabric.
Go alone at least once and absorb. This a magical place...enjoy.
I visit the Arb several times each season! There is always something interesting to do, beautiful to see, and scrumptious to eat! It has become my favorite place to stroll and relax since moving here from Virginia!!
I absolutely love the place. I'm so happy my fiancée keep on renewing my membership for last four years. Thankful to him. Every time I visited. It's beautiful, fun, very creative, surprising things for me to see. Awesome place for family or a quite tranquility walk.
