We had an issue where the sprinklers were turning on at random and they came out and took good care of us that day. The next day we had another issue and they sent someone out to take care of us that day. Thank you for being such a great company.
Not sure what's going on over there, but setvice and response has really dropped off. Very slow response for estimate and scheduling. EDITED REVIEW: MN Irrigation called me to inform me they were having an issue with their automated scheduling system. I'll be giving them another shot. They installed my irrigation initially, and have always been reaponsive.
Adam is back! He's amazing and we will continue to use MN Irrigation because of him. No one cares as much as him and he does the right thing.
They do great work installing and managing irrigation systems!
