I can't say enough good things about my experience with John from Minnesota Inspections. Not only was his inspection report incredibly thorough and detailed, but he was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to recommendations for how to fix some of the smaller issues that were found. Without hesitation I'd recommend John for anyone needing an inspection.
John inspected our new home before purchase. He estimated that the inspection would take two hours, but I was impressed when he was at the house for nearly 4 hours. He took the time to ask every question I had about his findings, and offered my solutions on how to address each one.
