We ordered a hot tub in August for a mid-December delivery. We still have not received our hot tub. RecommendedFriendly, knowledgeable and honest! From our first visit to the store, Eric made us feel welcomed and appreciated by answering all of our questions and offering additional information. He offered great suggestions for placement options at our home (see pics), facilitated a wet test in the showroom (I strongly recommend when selecting Bull Frog jet packs), and has been responsive during and after the sale! We purchased the A7 and love it! We strongly recommend Minnesota Hot Tubs!
I want to like this company, Eric has been kind but honestly I'm so disappointed in the service. I ordered my hot tub 4 months ago, everytime i wanted an update I had to call them. each time I was give a 2-3 week window of when my hot tub would be done. after over 6+ phone calls that I made to them, they finally said it was complete. this was last week. I have called 2 times since to ask about delivery...yet, no call back and still no hot tub. we paid nearly $10k 4 months ago, still no hot tub, and still no call back to set ... read more
Since I had to cancel two vacation trips this summer due to Covid, I decided to get a hot tub. Best decision I have made! Turn it down in the summer and you have a dipping pool to cool off!! My backyard is now a little resort!! Staff and installation made everything easy!! Highly recommend Minnesota Hot Tubs!
