I was not happy with the treatment I received at the Woodbury clinic. As a patient Dr. Kehl told me she did not believe I could be experiencing as much TMJ pain as I was. She then proceeded to listen to my jaw and said that she couldn't hear any clicking (even though my jaw clicks and snaps every time I open it). I ended up leaving this clinic in tears one day because I felt like they did not care. The patient's needs must always be validated and this clinic failed in that regard. Would NOT recommend!! Never went back!
The Dentist (Lois Kehl) at that facility really doesn't care about the patients and seems to have no time for patient care. I took my daughter to the Dentist there for an evaluation of three years of chronic daily headaches. She evaluated my daughter, and said that physical therapy would help. My daughter went to physical therapy once a week for the month as was suggested. We made our follow up appt and when we arrived were put in the orthodontic chairs and the dentist came over and didn't inquire about how the therapy helpe... read more
