MNGI is an excellent facility. All the doctors and nurses are extremely concerned about you and your health.
Dr. Ganz and his team at MNGI Plymouth always do an excellent job with my procedures. They are thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, & efficient individuals. I’m so thankful for their expertise & professionalism!
The staff was absolutely fantastic. I honestly don’t think I could’ve had a better experience.
Saw Dr Gao and was very disappointed with my care. She walked in not knowing my name, clearly didn’t review my health file. Not only that, but my vitals and medical history weren’t taken until after the visit was complete due to rooming error. I wanted to seen as a whole person with medical history and connect symptoms but she was only focusing on one symptom, jumping to an endoscopy without suggesting less invasive tests first. Very unhappy with my visit.
