Disgusted by MNGI. My son has had multiple hospitalizations due to constipation. Never an urgency from them and loaded him with 7 different laxatives. He's still on all of them but getting hospitalized yet. Each time MNGI discharges him with ZERO changes. Never once have they done imaging or even suggested a motility study. It's oh follow up in a month. For what?!? To continue this cycle?? 6 years of this. They only care about the money.
We couldn't be happier. Dr. Arora really listened to us, in detail, and took notes on our experience over the last months. He had obviously reviewed our records and made specific references to them. His explanation of the likely diagnosis was very easy to understand, and he explained specifically how it mapped onto our symptoms. It felt like we had clear, capable, and personal answers to our questions, as well as hope for the future. We are so grateful for the clarity and hope Dr. Arora brought for our family.
Great service , very knowledgeable staff, very polite nurses & great doctors. Make you feel like at home . Very happy , satisfied, highly recommend to all the families. Big salute to all the medical staff .
The staff is amazing!! I’m not sure what the people are complaining about in some of these reviews. I was there when a disgruntled lady was there and they gave her a five star treatment as well. Probably better than I would’ve, I was uncomfortable watching the staff have to deal with her yelling and swearing just checking in. You all, medical staff are not your punching bag. Be kind.
