I'm very disappointed. After reading the reviews, I was sure they'd unload me early, but I had already checked in that morning, and the scheduled time was 1:00 PM. I had to wait until the appointed time. They started unloading at exactly 1:00 PM and finished at 2:00 PM. Two stars only for the nice people.

Had a good experience to deliver a load today at 4pm Friday. Give me dock right away and offload within 30 minutes. They have overnight parking on gravel lot. 👍👍
