They did one eye. Big mistake. Headaches have been insane. Don't recommend it. Also, beware of their billing. Pay nothing up front unless you don't want it to go to your out of pocket. They will do anything to get you to swipe your credit card to a good faith estimate and then continue to bill you for extra stuff for the next six months. Their payment system is utterly broken. Please beware of you finances and make them run everything through insurance if you have it before you pay anything.
I had a YAG procedure done. That is cloudiness in the eye after cataract surgery. It is a very simple laser procedure and was done perfectly by Dr. Samuelson. I highly recommend them.
I am a retired Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, so I have a unique perspective on surgery centers. I had a recent procedure done here, and the staff at this facility was outstanding. From reception, through pre op and throughout my visit everyone was friendly, highly professional and genuinely caring. Anesthesia care was exemplary. My surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Schmitt was highly skilled and very caring as well. I could not be any more pleased with the experience.
I was scheduled for Cataract Surgery and a Presbyopia procedure at Minnesota Eye & Surgery Center. My regular Ophthalmologist from Northwest eye Clinic would do the procedure. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Deanna got me situated and did an IV, Larissa came and assisted as the prep continued to the Laser portion. I had my eyelid surgery here the beginning of September. Dr Schmitt is the best!! Everyone working here was so professional and friendly. They explained everything about the procedure, made me feel very comfortable and calm! I would highly recommend this center and Dr Schmitt!!
