I am a retired Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, so I have a unique perspective on surgery centers. I had a recent procedure done here, and the staff at this facility was outstanding. From reception, through pre op and throughout my visit everyone was friendly, highly professional and genuinely caring. Anesthesia care was exemplary. My surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Schmitt was highly skilled and very caring as well. I could not be any more pleased with the experience.
I was scheduled for Cataract Surgery and a Presbyopia procedure at Minnesota Eye & Surgery Center. My regular Ophthalmologist from Northwest eye Clinic would do the procedure. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Deanna got me situated and did an IV, Larissa came and assisted as the prep continued to the Laser portion. I had my eyelid surgery here the beginning of September. Dr Schmitt is the best!! Everyone working here was so professional and friendly. They explained everything about the procedure, made me feel very comfortable and calm! I would highly recommend this center and Dr Schmitt!!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here today! Check in was smooth and everyone was very kind. My nurse Karen took great care of me and put me at ease explaining everything and brought me a warm blanket starting out. Dr Nejad did my laser eye procedure and did an amazing job! He is so kind. I felt no pain and was in and out pretty quick. Would highly recommend!
