Very pleasant and caring personality. Nurses are very friendly. My Doctor explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable about the surgery!

the Tech was especially good; she was very competent and friendly. I told her so. She replied that she liked her work there.
The surgeries were great and I can see but the wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous, The shortest time for an appointment was 45 minutes and my longest was an hour and 1/2. I understand an emergency but this is their standard operating policy. I might be old but my time is valuable too and the person who is giving me a ride.
