Menards sent me here for a warranty issue, and in true Menards fashion this was not a place that worked on Troy built. Regardless, the man who helped me was SO kind. He found me the correct location + helped me carry the weed wacker back to my truck. As someone who always has my hands full (2 young kids) I so appreciate when someone goes out of their way to lend a hand.

I dropped off 2 tires to be mounted on my rims, I was promised they would have ready in a few hrs, that's a big negative, called back next day another negative. And now they're closed till Monday. This will be the last time I will use they're service.
Ordered online and picked up in store. Email notification when it was ready and walked in grabbed my parts and left. Smooth as can be!
Purchased a John Deere lawn tractor and couldn't be happier. From start to finish ME was fantastic. I unfortunately had a mishap and needed service within the first month. They took my call on a Saturday, picked the machine up on Monday, and had it fixed and back to me on Tuesday. 5 star service all the way, there's no other place to buy a Deere.
